Absolutely! Of the many services we provide to you, the top two are safety and fun. If someone gets hurt, no one has fun. Therefore we insist on strict safety rules that are printed on signs placed at the entrance to each game. We also reserve the right to discontinue use of any equipment immediately should your attendants fail to insist that the rules are followed. We will properly train your volunteers in the operation of each game. |

We know that the weather changes in this area every three hours, so we’re prepared to handle that. However, we often prepare for your event the night (or two) before. So, to be fair to everyone, we will be happy to transfer your deposit to any other event in the next 365 days. We do not refund deposits, but will cooperate in every possible way to make you happy and fulfill your needs while being fair to everyone involved. |

Another great question! Fun Solutions can provide generators (at a small extra fee) for your equipment. Just be sure to ask when you call and book the games. |

Great question! Our blowers operate on standard 110 VAC (the regular plugs in homes and businesses). We will provide all of the heavy duty extension cords that are needed. However, we cannot run more than 100 feet from the outlet without potentially damaging the blowers. So plan on having 1 outlet per inflatable game. |

Is the sky blue? You betcha! We can provide entertainment year round. We work well on tile, concrete, hardwood and of course, grass! There is an additional small charge for setups on pavement as the asphalt can damage the equipment. On waxed or hardwood floors, we can lay a tarp down if necessary. |
